croatia-apart provides a complete property management, property maintenance and upkeep service to our customers.
These include Key holding, Meeting and greeting guests, Regular property inspections, Provision of local information (local maps, brochures, emergency services), Liaison with local service suppliers (electricity, gas, waste disposal, telephone etc.) ensuring all your bills are paid regularly and on time, Help with building/apartment maintenance (arranging local contractors on your behalf, should repairs/improvements have been carried out), Cleaning of the property (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom etc.), Washing, ironing and changing sheets between the change of guests, Winter season airing/dusting and upkeeping of apartments, with regular inspections carried out, Pool maintenance (chlorine residual, PH, alkalinity, debris...), Garden maintenance, Furnishing/Fitting and Home improvements, Property insurances (full range), All administration pertaining to the handling of the account, etc...
We recognize the fact that many clients might have different needs as to the services they require, and we are readily available to discuss such various requirements and provide tailor made services where needed.
croatia-apart is not a travel agency but we do closely work with a number of selected travel agencies and tour operators both in Istria and the UK as well as in neighbouring Italy. We can advice and recommend the most suitable of these to all of our clients, depending of the property type they own. We may also help our clients in obtaining the rental license for their property.
Property owners, upon signing the property management agreement with us, will have their property included on our website accommodation database directory free of charge, together with relevant description, facilities and images of the property. Visitors can access this directory to choose the accommodation, check the availability, and get in touch with croatia-apart to secure their choice and booking, for which they will be issued with confirmation reference number. For Property owners wishing to advertise their accommodation with us (without having property management agreement with us) a small fee may be applicable to cover the costs.
Wherever possible, we shall try to match all requirements with suitable accommodation and vice versa, for a complete satisfaction for families with small children, with or without pets, couples and small groups.
We also offer an enhanced range of additional services available to property owners and their visitors all of which can be arranged at the time of booking.
